1 Comment And it's not quite the tune in my head, but close enough. Not my favorites, but it does seem odd how very little Laurel and Hardy are around these days, consciousness-wise. "Dance of the Cuckoos." Okay, I woke up with "Solitary Man" again but mostly the horn parts. It kept morphing into the four note descending sequence of Keith Olbermann's Countdown (DEE-do, DO-doh). Now it's just the latter. And I *swear* I have the Chet Atkins version and *not* the Benny Hill Show running around in there. Nope. No nurses or stewardesses or nothing...just sideburns and blue leisure suits. I am blocked from posting the video of this at the moment, but will do so by COB! But not at B, because that's who's blocking me. It's from the Mystery Science 3000 screening of "Daddy-O." The video makes the song a whole lot easier on the brain. The Harlequin bodysuit, the guy with the samurai do. "My supper dish. My succotash wish." "Horton hears a Who-hoo." Good stuff. I love the Chinese Guys!
