I had something disco-y at first, but it was quickly and thoroughly ousted by a bunch of kids on Nickelodeon singing "Hey Hey Goodbye."
I thank you all! "We Are the Champions." This version, though incomplete, is the one in my head, but there's another video on the YT of Freddie singing it at a piano in his underpants with a Heineken and some paper cups.
Deedeedee Deedeedee. "Here Comes My Baby," Cat Stevens rockin' the tambourine.
This is what happens when you watch "The Office" all weekend.
More Beatles caught by way of Le Show. Harry Shearer uses this to underscore one of his features and it took me while to remember which album this came from. That was because it was "Magical Mystery Tour."
The whistling at the end and the opening and closing guitar bit.
And probably the part YouTube we all appreciate and should encourage. I've been walking around with some of the incidental music from the Jetsons, and found this wonderful score from the DVD collection of the first season. My earworm is the bit at 01:00, but I think the space samba (04:00) may creep in.
Not the Twist, just a new earworm development. I dreamed I was singing in the car, but I can't recall the song. If this keeps up, I'll add a category called "near misses."
"It's a Beautiful Morning," the Rascals.
